The guys from Bikes and Murder are doing it again, starting the season during Memorial Weekend. Chill alternative to The Electronic Music Fest. Hopefully we’ll have some good riding weather!? Get to the Woodbridge Pub.

Area cyclists are throwing a party in light of Royal Oak City Council’s recent Non-Motorized Transportation Plan approval see here - Everyone’s meeting at 6pm @ Lily’s Seafood [awesome fries]. Riders will take to the streets riding to Ferndale’s One-Eyed Betty’s, Dinner at Bagger Dave’s in Berkley, and then back to Urbane Apartments headquarters at 6th and Washington, Royal Oak for drinks and dancing!! There will be cool random bike swag giveaways, The Street Eats Food Trucks will be there, The DDA will be registering bikes. Plus there’s a cool Skirts, Heels and Wheels ride and photoshoot at 7pm!   Everything Starts @ 6pm!

12-Mile Bike Tour of Detroit’s “Green” Water Infrastructure


Ride your bike this Saturday! It’s an easy going ride touring Detroit’s Riverfront, Midtown, the east side and examples of constructed wetlands, rain gardens, permeable pavers, etc. Helmet required, Rain or Shine. If you need to rent a bike, Wheelhouse Detroit does that.
